We Are Moving to Texas!

July 2022 will be our last month serving South Florida! Once we are settled in Texas, we will be serving Collin County, Dallas County, and Denton County. Let your Texas family and friends know who is driving into town!

We are taking the business to the Lone Star State. Don’t worry, we will be expanding once the tree begins to bear enough fruit to live off of it! We appreciate you being part of the business and helping us grow in our way of work.

We hope to see our clients again. Until next time!

We believe in always being equipped and ready with the tools to provide the services we offer. Our truck is packed with state-of-the-art equipment and includes three tanks that hold the solutions we use to keep your property clean.

Our Cleaning Solution

The main solution we use is a biodegradable algaecide specially formulated for the exterior cleaning industry. It does most of the work in removing algae and mold from the surfaces of your home. The solution is combined with water and a surfactant, which reduces surface tension so the solution can cling to dirty surfaces and fully renew the exterior of the property.

Our Equipment

Our machinery starts with a heavy-duty, commercial-grade pressure washer, the powerhouse for rinsing large areas of algae, dirt, and mold. Next is our surface cleaner, which covers a wide area to quickly and evenly wash driveways and walkways. Finally, we use a 12-volt pump with a soft wash hose that lets the cleaning solution flow at gentle pressure, which is the heart of the soft wash method.

With all these components working together, along with the knowledge and techniques we have gained, we have what it takes to keep your home clean and well maintained.
