Our story
About Foundation Pressure & Soft Wash
A local, family-owned exterior cleaning company serving McKinney, Plano, Frisco, and Collin County since 2021.
Built on a Solid Rock
Foundation Pressure & Soft Wash was established in 2021, but its roots go back much further. Our foundation is built on a solid rock of truth, hard work, and integrity. We believe a business should be like a tree that bears good fruit: what you see in the results should reflect the character of the people behind it.
“For no one can lay a foundation other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 3:11
Our mission is simple: renewing your property, one cleanse at a time. We focus on honest pricing, clear communication, and careful work that protects your home, your landscaping, and your peace of mind.
Meet the owners
Jeffrey & Threshawn
Jeffrey · Co-Owner
“I remember the first time using a pressure washer to clean my father’s home and telling him we could make a business from this. Fast forward almost seven years, and here I am, living out that dream alongside my wife.”
Jeffrey leads every job in the field, walking each customer through the work line by line and making sure every surface is cleaned the right way.
Threshawn · Co-Owner
Threshawn helps run the business side of Foundation, from scheduling and customer care to keeping every project organized. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management and brings that focus to how we serve every customer.
Together, Jeffrey and Threshawn are building a company their family and community can be proud of.

What We Do
We provide exterior cleaning for homes and businesses across Collin County, including house washing, roof soft washing, driveway and patio cleaning, fence cleaning, window and gutter cleaning, rust removal, and commercial pressure washing.
Every job starts with a walkthrough. We explain exactly what we will clean, how we will clean it, and what results you can expect. We pre-wet and protect your plants and grass, use the right pressure for each surface, and take before and after photos so you can see the difference.
Maintaining your property is an investment. Regular exterior cleaning protects your surfaces from damage and can raise your home’s value by 5% or more.
